was recently named to the National Scenic Byways Board of Directors. Penny attended one of the National Scenic Byway Foundation (NSBF) Leader Training workshops in New York last fall.
The vision of the National Scenic Byways Foundation is that Byways will be recognized and valued worldwide for their distinctive experiences, stories and treasured places. The mission of the National Scenic Byway Foundation is to empower, strengthen, and help sustain byways.
